Nocturnal was created as a Semi-Casual social/raiding guild, and progression will emulate a bridge between complete casual values and more dedicated raiding guilds that hold players to more requirements.

One of the guild’s core values is rewarding our core raiders, while ensuring that also non-core raiders also reap the rewards without having to commit to every raid. We are using EPGP MS>OS for our main 40-man raids and 2SR MS>OS +1 for other raids.
